Incident Summary
On July 29, 1962, Chicago Fire Department Firefighter Mario Lazzarotto of Engine 14 suffered a fatal heart attack while on duty at the Engine 14 firehouse.
Funeral services for Lazzarotto were held at St. Anthony Church on August 2, and he was interred at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
